Effective Date: October 1, 2026 Last Updated: October 1, 2026 Version: 2.0
Before booking your session, please read the following carefully. These terms define the foundation of the professional relationship between you (the “Client”) and the Coach. By ticking the box labelled “I have read and agree to all of the above” and/or by completing the booking and payment process, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to any provision of this document, please do not proceed with the booking process.
Section 1 — Definitions & Nature of Services
1.1. “Coach” or “Trainer” in this document refers to the individual who provides coaching and advisory services for personal development, relationships and family growth, drawing upon academic training and professional experience.
1.2. “Client” refers to any individual who uses the coaching services provided on this website by booking and paying for sessions.
1.3. The services offered on this website are provided exclusively under the designation of “Holistic Coaching for Relationships, Family & Personal Development.” Under no circumstances shall these services be construed or regarded as psychotherapy, clinical counselling, government-regulated mental health services, or medical care.
1.4. By accepting these terms, the Client expressly agrees and acknowledges that the Coach does not act as a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, or any other government-licensed specialist within the scope of this collaboration, and will not render any medical or psychiatric diagnoses.
Section 2 — Client Eligibility
2.1. The Client represents and warrants that, at the time of booking and of participating in coaching sessions, they are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher.
2.2. The Client confirms that they are currently in a mental and physical condition that allows them to participate actively in the coaching process, comprehend the content, and make autonomous decisions.
2.3. The Client undertakes to inform the Coach prior to the commencement of services if they are currently undergoing medical treatment or psychotherapy, and to disclose any prescribed medications and their respective dosages.
Section 3 — No Diagnosis, No Prescription & Scope Limitation
3.1. The Client acknowledges that, within the scope of this engagement, the Coach will not provide any diagnosis of mental disorders, propose clinical treatment plans, prescribe medication, or create or maintain medical records.
3.2. Coaching sessions are not a substitute for consultation with a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, or other medical and mental health professionals in any jurisdiction, and must not be interpreted as such.
3.3. Should the Client require diagnostic or therapeutic services — whether independently identified or recommended by the Coach — the Client commits to contacting and receiving services from licensed professionals in their country of residence.
Section 4 — Crisis Management, Service Limitations & Referral
4.1. The coaching services provided on this website are designed for work on personal goals, individual growth, communication skills and decision-making. They are not suitable for managing acute psychological crises or life-threatening situations.
4.2. If at any time the Client experiences thoughts of self-harm or of harm to others, suicidal ideation or risk, severe domestic violence, active substance abuse, or any other condition that poses a serious threat to their health or safety or that of others, they are obliged to contact local emergency services, crisis hotlines, or local medical treatment centres in their country of residence immediately.
4.3. The Coach reserves the right to suspend sessions temporarily or permanently and to refer the Client to appropriate medical or emergency services upon determining the existence of an acute crisis or a situation outside the scope of coaching.
Section 5 — Confidentiality & Exceptions
5.1. The Coach commits to keeping the personal information and session content of the Client confidential to the fullest extent possible, in accordance with professional coaching standards.
5.2. The Client acknowledges that the Coach–Client relationship is a professional confidential relationship governed by professional coaching ethical standards regarding client data protection.
5.3. The following situations constitute exceptions to confidentiality, where the Coach may be permitted or required to disclose information to competent authorities:
(a) Imminent and serious threat to the life or safety of the Client or of third parties;
(b) Mandatory reporting obligations regarding the abuse of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable individual pursuant to applicable laws;
(c) A valid written court order or binding legal obligation;
(d) Instances where the Client has given explicit prior written consent to share specific information.
5.4. The Client accepts the inherent risks of using online communication tools — including email, messaging apps and video calls — such as potential data security breaches beyond the Coach’s direct control, and agrees to use secure equipment, safe internet connections and private environments to the extent possible.
Section 6 — Client Personal Responsibility & No Guarantee of Results
6.1. The Client expressly acknowledges that they bear full and exclusive responsibility for their decisions, actions, and all personal, family, professional and financial consequences resulting from the use of coaching services.
6.2. The Coach’s role is to ask deep questions, provide reflection, educate on concepts, suggest exercises and assist in strategy design; however, the execution of these strategies and all final decisions rest entirely with the Client.
6.3. No express or implied guarantees are made regarding the achievement of specific results, including but not limited to: saving or maintaining a marriage, reconciling with a romantic partner, definitive improvement of family relations, career change, income increase, or any other specific outcome.
6.4. Any examples, case studies or experiences of other clients shared in sessions, on the website, on social media or in educational materials are for illustrative and inspirational purposes only, and do not constitute a promise or guarantee that the current Client will achieve identical results.
7.1. Coaching sessions are held exclusively online, via video call, voice call or another agreed digital tool, within pre-arranged time slots. Each session is fifty (50) minutes in length unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
7.2. The Client must pay the full fee for the session or package before the start of the first session, using the payment gateway provided on the website.
7.3. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
Session times are reserved exclusively for the Client. Availability is limited to a small number of slots each week, and a slot that is held and not used cannot be offered to anyone else. The following therefore applies:
(a) Forty-eight (48) hours or more before the start time. The Client may reschedule the session once, free of charge, by writing to the email address published on the website. A new time will be offered from the slots then available. Where no suitable alternative can be agreed, the Client may instead cancel and receive a full refund.
(b) Less than forty-eight (48) hours before the start time. The session fee is forfeited in full and is non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies equally to a cancellation, to a request to reschedule, and to a no-show.
(c) No-show. Failure to join the session within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled start time, without prior notice, is treated as a no-show under 7.3(b).
(d) One-time courtesy. Once per Client, and at the Coach’s sole discretion, a first late cancellation caused by illness or a genuine emergency may be rescheduled without charge. This is a courtesy, not an entitlement, and cannot be claimed in advance.
(e) Cancellation by the Coach. If the Coach cancels, the Client may select another time or receive a full and prompt refund, at the Client’s choice. Coach-initiated cancellations occur only in exceptional circumstances, and notice will be given as early as possible.
7.4. Refund Policy for Packages and Multi-Session Programmes
(a) Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, all payments for multi-session programmes and packages are final and non-refundable.
(b) In exceptional circumstances the Coach may, at their sole discretion, offer a partial credit toward other services; however, the Client has no vested right to claim a full or partial monetary refund.
7.5. The Client is responsible for entering accurate payment information and for verifying that payment is permitted from their country and bank.
7.6. Punctuality and Session Length
7.6.1. Each session begins and ends at the scheduled time.
7.6.2. If the Client joins late, the session still ends at its scheduled end time. Late arrival does not extend the session and does not entitle the Client to a partial refund, a credit, or additional time, because the slot immediately following may be reserved for another Client.
7.6.3. The Client is asked to join two to three minutes before the start time, from a quiet and private location, using a device and internet connection tested in advance.
7.7. Time Zones
7.7.1. All times shown during booking, in confirmation emails and in reminder emails are displayed in the time zone detected for the Client, which the Client may change at the time of booking. It is the Client’s responsibility to confirm that the displayed time zone is the one they will actually be in at the time of the session.
7.7.2. Where the Client or the Coach observes daylight saving time, the local clock time of a session booked across a transition date may shift. The calendar invitation issued at booking is the authoritative record of the session time.
7.7.3. A session missed because of a time-zone or daylight-saving error on the Client’s part is treated as a no-show under 7.3(c).
7.8. Connection Failure
7.8.1. If the Client cannot connect at the scheduled time because of a technical fault, they should notify the Coach immediately by email at the address published on the website.
7.8.2. The Coach will remain available on the meeting link for fifteen (15) minutes from the scheduled start time. After that, the session is treated as a no-show.
7.8.3. If the session cannot take place because of a fault on the Coach’s side, clause 7.3(e) applies.
7.9. Payment Currency
7.9.1. Fees are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD) through the payment processor published on the website.
7.9.2. Any currency conversion applied by the Client’s bank or card issuer, together with any foreign transaction fee, is the Client’s responsibility and is not refundable by the Coach.
Section 8 — Intellectual Property & Use of Content
8.1. All content, models, frameworks, audio and video files, handouts, worksheets, exercises and other materials provided on the website, in sessions, or within programmes are protected under intellectual property laws and belong exclusively to the Coach.
8.2. The Client is granted a limited licence to use this content solely for their own personal, non-commercial use. The Client has no right to copy, publish, sell, translate, re-teach, instruct, or commercially exploit these materials for third parties without prior written permission from the Coach.
8.3. Any intentional violation of intellectual property rights may result in the immediate termination of the relationship and in potential legal prosecution.
Section 9 — Communication Boundaries & Between-Session Access
9.1. The official communication channels with the Coach are limited to email and/or the designated platforms specified on the website.
9.2. The Coach is under no obligation to provide immediate responses at all hours, continuous instant-messaging support, or emergency assistance outside scheduled sessions.
9.3. Brief messages regarding homework assignments, clarifying questions, or scheduling coordination will be answered within a reasonable timeframe. Any request for deep analysis or detailed consultation outside sessions may require booking a new session or arranging a separate package.
9.4. Recording and Third Parties
9.4.1. Neither party may record a session, in audio or in video, without the prior express consent of the other party.
9.4.2. The Client undertakes not to admit any third party to the session, and not to allow any third party to listen to it, without the Coach’s prior consent.
Section 10 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction
10.1. The Client agrees that these Terms, any resulting agreement, and any dispute related to the services shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Coach’s business is legally registered, as published on this website.
10.2. The Client acknowledges that laws regarding psychotherapy, counselling or coaching may vary in their country of residence, and that the Client bears sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of these services complies with local legal requirements.
Section 11 — Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Coach’s total aggregate liability for any claims or direct or indirect damages, under any legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services in the two-month period immediately preceding the claim.
11.2. The Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Coach from any claims, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the Client’s use of services, breach of these Terms, or misuse of content.
12.1. The Coach reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the website, and continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The terms that apply to a given session are those published at the time that session was booked.
12.2. Either party may terminate the collaboration for the future at any time by giving written notice. Unused sessions will be handled according to the refund policy in Section 7.
12.3. By ticking “I have read and agree to all of the above” and/or by booking and paying for any session or package, the Client confirms that they have fully read, understood and freely agreed to these terms, and accepts them as the legal basis of their relationship with the Coach.
